1. General Program Questions

We offer three main programs:

  • CIT (Certificate in Information Technology): A foundation course focused on computer literacy, operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic IT skills.
  • DIT (Diploma in Information Technology): A comprehensive diploma covering web development, database management, and graphic design software.
  • Specializations: Focused tracks in Web Development or Graphic Design for students who want to master a specific field.

  • DIT is a broader diploma. It includes MS Access, Web Development (full stack), Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Illustrator. It's designed for students who want a well-rounded IT education.
  • Special Web Development focuses exclusively on coding. You get deeper coverage of JavaScript, React.js, and PHP with MySQL without the graphic design software modules.

2. CIT (Certificate in Information Technology)

Absolutely. CIT starts from the very beginning. You will take Introduction to Computer and Introduction to OS (Operating System) before touching any software. We ensure you understand how a computer works before learning how to use applications.

Microsoft Office is the core of CIT. You will receive extensive hands-on training:

  • MS Word: 20–22 lectures
  • MS Excel: 22–25 lectures
  • MS PowerPoint: 3–5 lectures
  • MS Outlook: 2–3 lectures

By the end, you will be proficient in document creation, spreadsheets with formulas, professional presentations, and email management.

Yes. You will get practical knowledge in:

  • Hardware (10–12 lectures): Learn about computer components (CPU, RAM, motherboard, storage) and how to assemble or troubleshoot a PC.
  • Basic Networking (5–7 lectures): Understand how networks work, configure routers, and troubleshoot internet connectivity.
  • Internet (5–7 lectures): Learn safe browsing, email etiquette, and online tools.

The Projects (5–10 lectures) module allows you to apply everything you have learned. You will create:

  • Professional documents and reports in MS Word
  • Data dashboards with charts in MS Excel
  • A complete presentation in MS PowerPoint
  • A portfolio demonstrating your computer literacy skills

3. DIT (Diploma in Information Technology)

DIT is divided into two main areas:

  1. Web Development (Full Stack): HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript (Basic to Advanced), React.js, and PHP with MySQL.
  2. Graphic Design Software: Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Illustrator.
  3. Database Management: MS Access (25–30 lectures) before moving to web databases.

MS Access (25–30 lectures) teaches you the fundamentals of databases—tables, relationships, queries, forms, and reports. Understanding these concepts in Access makes learning MySQL (in the PHP module) much easier, as the logic is similar.

JavaScript is taught as Basic to Advanced (30–35 lectures). You will learn:

  • Variables, functions, loops, and arrays (basics)
  • DOM manipulation, events, and asynchronous programming (advanced)
  • API integration and modern ES6+ features

It is helpful but not required. However, if you are completely new to computers (no mouse or keyboard experience), we recommend starting with CIT first to build foundational skills before diving into code.

You will master three industry-standard tools:

  • Photoshop (24–28 lectures): Photo editing, image manipulation, and digital art.
  • CorelDraw (30–35 lectures): Vector illustration, logo design, and layout.
  • Illustrator (25–30 lectures): Advanced vector graphics, branding, and typography.

4. Specializations: Web Development & Graphic Design

Special Web Development is a focused track. You receive:

  • More depth in JavaScript (30–35 lectures)
  • Extensive projects (15–20 simple projects + 5–7 major projects)
  • Full-stack training with React.js (20–25 lectures) and PHP with MySQL (30–35 lectures)

This track is ideal if you want to become a professional web developer without spending time on graphic design software.

Yes. The program includes:

  • Simple Projects (15–20 lectures): Small applications like calculators, to-do lists, and interactive forms.
  • Major Project (5–7 lectures): A complete full-stack application (e.g., e-commerce site, blog CMS, or dashboard) using React.js and PHP with MySQL.

  • Bootstrap (10–15 lectures) helps you build responsive websites quickly using pre-built components.
  • React.js (20–25 lectures) teaches you modern component-based front-end development used by companies worldwide.

You will master three professional tools:

  • Photoshop (24–28 lectures): Raster graphics, photo retouching, and web graphics.
  • CorelDraw (30–35 lectures): Vector illustration, brochures, and print media.
  • Illustrator (25–30 lectures): Logo design, icons, and branding materials.

Graduates work as:

  • Graphic Designer
  • Logo & Branding Specialist
  • UI/UX Designer (with additional web knowledge)
  • Print Media Designer
  • Freelance Creative Professional

5. Admissions & Practical Details

Duration depends on lecture frequency (e.g., daily vs. weekend classes). Approximate ranges:

  • CIT: 3–6 months
  • DIT: 12–18 months
  • Special Web Development: 6–9 months
  • Special Graphic Design: 4–6 months

  • CIT: Lab computers are available, but bringing your own laptop is helpful for practice.
  • DIT & Specializations: A personal laptop is highly recommended, especially for coding and design work, so you can practice outside of class and build your portfolio.

Yes. Upon successful completion of all lectures, assignments, and final projects, you will receive a certification for your respective program (CIT, DIT, Special Web Development, or Special Graphic Design).

Yes. The Special Web Development and Special Graphic Design courses are standalone programs. You can enroll directly if you want to focus on a specific skill set without taking the full DIT diploma.

It depends on your interest:

  • Web Development: Choose Special Web Development to build websites and web applications for clients.
  • Design: Choose Special Graphic Design to offer logo design, branding, and print services.
  • Both Skills: Choose DIT if you want to offer both web and design services, making you a versatile freelancer.
